Delaware Counties

Delaware has three counties: New Castle, Kent, and Sussex. Unlike most states, Delaware runs a unified state-level jail system, so no county holds a local "recent bookings" list. Each county still has its own sheriff, FOIA coordinator, and a Delaware State Police troop that handles arrests. For statewide inmate status, the public uses VINELink. Court filings are searchable through CourtConnect. Pick a county below to see local contacts, court locations, and the right places to request arrest or booking records.
